Our current website
This is an informational website. We do not currently offer child accounts, comments, direct messaging, uploads, competitions, purchases or newsletter forms. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the website.
Information we may receive
If an adult contacts us by email, we receive the information included in that message, such as their name, email address and enquiry. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, request time and security logs—to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, understand technical problems and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use information collected on this site for behavioural advertising.
External services
Some links open official Dhaniv EduKids videos on YouTube or open your email application. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use of external services.
Cookies and similar technology
Dhaniv EduKids does not currently place advertising or analytics cookies through this website. Essential hosting or security technology may be used to deliver the site safely. If we add optional analytics or other features later, we will update this notice and provide choices where required.
Retention and protection
We keep adult enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct or delete personal information. An adult may make a privacy request by emailing support@dhanivedukids.com. We may need to verify the request.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Dhaniv EduKids website grows. The effective date at the top will show when the current version began.
